Carole specializes in the areas of adults, children, youth, couples, parenting and women in transition. She uses an array of proven approaches helping clients gain skills, change behavior and improve emotional well being while meeting individual, relational and family goals.
Beth Morrigan, MA, LMHC
Beth creates a compassionate and nurturing environment to help her clients work through anxiety, depression, grief & loss, trauma and other life stressors. She enjoys working with adults, children, teens and families. Beth draws from cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based therapies to facilitate self-awareness and healing for her clients.
Sidney Rockwell-McCombs, MA, LMHC
Sidney is a general practitioner with special areas of interest in working with couples and families, assisting clients in managing anxiety and life stressors/transitions, and helping individuals or families dealing with the impact of substance abuse.
Linda O’Toole, MA, LMHC
Linda works with children, adolescents, and adults, and specializes in depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship problems, occupational dilemmas, and parenting concerns. She uses solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to assist clients with their individual needs.
Hillary Bendiksen, MA, LMHC
Hillary supports clients of all ages facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and family adjustment in an atmosphere that promotes heightened awareness, improved skills, and techniques to help clients achieve their desired goals.
Linda Lasz, MS, LMFT
Linda enjoys working with children, teens, and adults with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Linda is interested in spirituality and can provide support to clients who wish to explore this aspect of their lives in a therapeutic context.
Julie Sharif, MA, LMHC
Julie works with adults and teens and specializes in the areas of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and chronic pain and illness. She draws from a broad range of modalities, including cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness and psychodynamic work. Julie enjoys being a part of her clients’ healing journeys towards living healthier and more fulfilling lives.
Lori Vanderburg, MS, LMFT
Lori has expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma and life transitions. She treats depression, anxiety, PTSD and adjustment disorders using skill building, insight and humor.
